Applications for a business visa are made by filling out the Immigration Division’s visa application Form 3. This form can be downloaded from this website or collected from the Immigration Division Office.

o Employment is prohibited under this visa class.
o A holder of a business visa cannot apply for an extended stay at the expiry of a 90 day period. If the holder intends to stay on, then he or she may be required to fill out an application for a long term employment visa and apply for a work permit.
