Subject: Supplier of industrial juice extractor

In response to your recent email inquiry, we are pleased to offer the following piece of equipment for your clients further consideration, Ex-works, Williamson, New York, USA:

[1] BROWN JUICE EXTRACTOR, Model 2200. This is a low volume production or "lab size"unit
manufacturer rated at 5 gallons per minute. It is built all in stainless steel construction.
Product is fed to a hopper infeed measuring 14.75" x 14.75" x 26" deep
leading to the pressing chamber which is 5" in diameter and 11" long and contains a hard fiber type screw that becomes progressively thicker, increasing the pressure on the product against the screen as it moves product through the chamber. The fruit must be crushed/pulped prior to being presented to this extractor. The perforations in the screen are .016" diameter. Solids are discharged out the end while the juice collects in a 16" square x 12" deep tank with a 1.5" Tri-clamp discharge. This unit will be supplied in very good condition.

We have obtained and estimated freight cost for the Brown Model 2200 delivered
to Honiara, Solomon Islands. It is only an estimate since we do not know the exact crated weight and dimensions, but it is will be very close to this figure. The cost, including all inland freight (here in the states), insurance, documentation, and ocean freight will be $1,550.00 USD.
